Shipping & Returns Policy for Rowland Designs

Once payment has been received, we aim to manufacture and ship as soon as we can.

To ensure faster delivery, some items in your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

All items will take up to 3 working days to be created after the order is placed.

(Mon-Fri) from order receipt. (excluding sundays and bank holidays) 

 

 During busy periods or for some personalised products, this time is between 3-5 working days. 

 

We package all of our products in protective packaging to ensure your items reach you in the same condition in which they left us.

We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail & Evri

 Standard Allow 2 – 4 Working Days For Delivery

Royal Mail services are not guaranteed. For the best results, please allow plenty of time for delivery, particularly during peak seasons. Royal Mail delivers on Saturdays, but not on Sundays or bank holidays. Our couriers operate Monday to Friday.


This means you should get your items in 7-8 working days 

 


Replacements & Returns

For returns, please fill out the form here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with further instructions. Please note personalised items are non-refundable. Please read the refund policy. 

If there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. Our customer service team will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Email us at admin@rowlanddesigns.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

If your item is damaged or has a production error, we will send you a replacement. We may ask you to return the original item. Non-personalized items will only be replaced if they are damaged or defective. We reserve the right to issue a refund at our discretion.

Returning an Item
Please send all returned items back using Second Class Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return if they are not sent via a recorded service.


Spelling Errors

Please check your spelling carefully before submitting your order. We print text exactly as it's provided, as we understand that misspellings may be intentional for nicknames or inside jokes. We cannot be held responsible for any errors you make on your order form. If you do find a mistake, you must email us at admin@rowlanddesigns.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We can't guarantee that changes will be possible once your order has been processed, especially during peak times.
